In your email please

1. Describe in detail what part on your cooler "failed".

2. Include your order number and details about "when and where" you purchased your cooler, including photos or screen captures of your hard copy or electronic receipt. (Note: Only Receipts from Authorized Icey-Tek Dealers are acceptable)

3. Please attach photos of all four sides and top and bottom of item you are submitting the claim for with close ups if you feel they will best explain the issue you are having.
